• AI chat widget: The text of your conversation. We do not store chat transcripts beyond the current session.
• Booking system: Name, email, and appointment details when you schedule a consultation via Calendly.

We also collect anonymous usage data:

• Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics which collects anonymous page view data (page URL, referrer, country, device type). Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not track individual users.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to deliver our website:

• Vercel — Website hosting and analytics
• MailerSend — Email delivery for contact form submissions
• OpenAI — Powers our AI chat assistant. Your chat messages are processed by OpenAI's API and are subject to OpenAI's privacy policy
• Calendly — Appointment scheduling
• Google Fonts — Typography (no cookies, no tracking)

5. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies:

• Essential cookies: Cookie consent preference stored in your browser's local storage.
• Analytics: Vercel Analytics does not use cookies.

We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Our hosting provider (Vercel) maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance. Email delivery is handled via authenticated TLS connections.
